Just been looking at Blogpatrol

And am totally lost..what on earth is a blocked referrer? And how do I let them see my blog? Cannot find a help button on blogpatrol or anything to check this out..hmmmm More digging around I think, seeing as its the same person eveyrtime that gets blocked.. :(
