Well that pain in my rear has a name now - piles!!! I am so not happy and in a lot of pain at the moment. I can't sleep, I can't sit comfortably, and I am dosed it with so many painkillers its unbelievable..grr!!

So it looks like a trip to the chemist tomorrow and then the Dr's first thing next week..ugh!!!
